📦 Downloads & Delivery

  • How will I receive my presets after purchase? Immediately after completing your payment, you will receive an automated email with your download link. You can also download your files directly from the order confirmation page on our website.

  • I didn’t receive the download email. What should I do? Please check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folders first. If you don't see it within 10 minutes, contact us at daniloytofficial@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll sort it out.

🎸 Technical Compatibility

  • Which devices or software are these presets compatible with? Compatibility is clearly stated on each product page (e.g., Neural DSP, Line 6 Helix, Kemper, Fractal). Please ensure your hardware or software is updated to the latest firmware version to guarantee full compatibility.

  • What exactly is included in the download? You will receive the preset files (e.g., .xml, .hlx, .krig) and, where specified, any included Impulse Responses (IRs) or PDF setup instructions.

🌀 Quad Cortex Specifics

  • How does the delivery work for Quad Cortex captures/presets? Unlike standard files, Quad Cortex content is delivered via the Neural DSP Cortex Cloud. During checkout, you must provide your Cortex Cloud ID. Once we receive your order, we will follow you and send the files directly to your account within 24 hours.

  • Do I need to "follow" you back on Cortex Cloud? Yes. In order for me to send you the files, you must follow back my profile Danilo Vicari . This allows the cloud sharing system to function correctly.

💰 Refunds & Payments

  • Can I get a refund if I don't like the sound? Since these are digital products delivered via instant download, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds once the files have been accessed or downloaded. We highly recommend listening to our audio demos and watching our YouTube videos before purchasing.

  • Which payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay to ensure a secure checkout process.
