Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing our guitar presets. Because our products are digital goods delivered via instant download, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect our intellectual property.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital content, it is impossible to "return" a file once it has been accessed or downloaded. Therefore, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind" or subjective dissatisfaction with the sound.

2. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection laws for digital content (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive), by completing your purchase and initiating the download or accessing the digital content, you expressly consent to waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

3. Compatibility Requirements

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they own the required software or hardware (e.g., Neural DSP, Line 6 Helix, Kemper, Fractal Audio, etc.) as specified in the product description. Refunds will not be issued for purchases made for incompatible software or hardware.

4. Technical Issues and Corrupt Files

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you encounter any technical issues:

• If you experience difficulty downloading the files or if a file appears to be corrupted, please contact us at daniloytofficial@gmail.com  within 14 days of purchase.

• If a technical error on our part is confirmed and cannot be resolved by providing a replacement file, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

5. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice in the same or separate transactions, please contact us immediately with your order numbers. In the event of a verified duplicate purchase, we will gladly refund the second charge.
